Start Your Journey with Yoga practices to bring about and maintain awareness for 2023
Sangha, creating community, continues as one of my 2023 missions. The intent is to create an immersive learning experience using a variety of yoga tools including yin yoga, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, kundalini yoga, sound healing and guided meditation.
These experiences are offered at my home studio in Cornelius NC. The intent to create connection and a transformational network that elevates and empowers those in our communities to elevated living.

February 14th at 11 am - Valentine’s Day Sound Healing Session.
I can't think of a better way to get heart centered on this special day. The hour will begin with deep stretch as we move into shavasana let the sound bath wash over you and get you to a heart centered place of love, joy and happiness.
