This is the time of year where there is a shift in energy towards lightness of air and softness in being as we turn our hearts towards the season of love and joy.  As this year comes to a close, there might be lingering feelings of grief over what did or didn't happen this year and what will or will not happen going forwards.  This is exactly why it is on my heart to share a beautiful 6 minute meditation that will leave you balanced, light and free.

Returning home to your family of origin can be filled with landmines during the holidays.  Are you ever put in a position of disempowerment or treated as the "baby" of the family or younger sibling? Fall is vata season so this meditation is very helpful to restore any wind Imbalances which everyone gets in the fall.

Today's tool for transformation is a gesture of surrender for letting go. Explore opening to a wider lens and a bit more relaxed way of seeing. Maybe we can evaluate our needs a little bit more objectively and involve the process of simplifying. Today's guided meditation will help facilitate a deep sense of release, supporting us and letting go of all that no longer serves us.

By using guided meditation as a resource for reducing sensory overload to keep stress at bay, fight fatigue, feelings of fear, loneliness, along with many other conditions related to the lack of balance and harmony in the body, you can live more fully in a balanced, healthy, happy way. We will be using mudra (mudra is just a fancy yogi’s way of saying hand gesture) to draw our senses inward - which naturally reduces the amount of sensory stimulus, thereby, creating a space in which things can be processed and released. So yummy for your nervous system and health of brain function!
